lol its got your PTU, somebody elses aerial (cant remember who), vinz recircs chucked in the boot, somebody elses bovs installed, its a collection of bits from everybody on the forum! :D

And what an amazing car it is! I've got the biggest grin in the world after driving it home, just got in, blew away various cars including porsches, a VX220 (lol) Mercs and a rather nippy EVO... but suffice to say the beast devoured them all... Dave coming home in those tunnels, the BOV's nearly deafened me! Excellent :D

 

Really really pleased with it, only thing that went wrong was the left headlight went out, but that seems to have rectified itself... so all in all a brilliant drive home!

 

I'd just like to say what a blinding bloke Dave is, he even put some optimax in it for me on the test drive, and various other bits and bobs that someone else might try and sell seperately. So thankyou very much, and I owe you a pint and a pack of flakeys ;) the next time we meet.

 

I'm so glad to be back in a Zed, and all you Manual drivers? I am converted, the Auto box is absolutely fu***** brilliant... never gonna bother with a conversion, after owning both now, I can say Auto is the better box for me. :D

Anyways, off to bed now, been a long evening... off to dream about BOV's and mongoose exhausts and 300 ponies and tunnels.. and jaw dropping pedestrians and... zzzzzzz

sorry about that headlight, it did that the other week at z-tech, couldnt quite work out what it was and forgot all about it.

 

if you trace the connections from the headlights you will find the HID converter thingies and the wires going back to the battery, may be worth checking all the connections to make sure they are good...

 

the kit has only been on there 6 months so im sure its nothing major.

Thats funny you should say this, my left hand HID went out the other week :confused: played around with the switch a few times and it came back on.............. not missed a beat since........... strange!

This headlight issue is begining to become a right pain.

 

I had (have) this problem last year but the headlight stayed off permanentl. Phil (Spinksy) now has this problem too. Obviously something weak on a zed that I might have to find the answer for....
