is driving me mad ,i've adjusted the thing so many times but with no successs its ok for a few miles but then it starts again ,anyone got a permanent cure?

have u had a luk at lock mech behind plastic trim? two 10mm bolts hold it if these are loose the mech can slide up n down hence a rattle hth

yes dj i have done till they are swiss tight but the fooking thing still rattles ! i can see it rattling in the rear view mirror.

your top hinges aren't loose are they? cause just lowering the catch cured mine.
