Giving the zed a good wash today with me new pressure washer and blew the fairlady z sticker clean off the tailgate. Bits were already peeling off so no great loss.

Just wondering the best way to remove the glue underneath without damaging the paint?

Cheers

Just to let you know that the black area on which the Fairlady sticker sticks is itself a sticker. Not paint.

I'd suggest meths, but as Gio mentioned it's already stuck to a sticker, so there may be some outline still left.

sure i've spotted this on somebodies signature pic, but its below the lights.

Think youll find its Gregs........

I was possibly thinking of adding the Silver Fairlady Z badge that usually goes on the 350. Anyone fitted one of these? I think it looks a bit too big to fit on the tailgate in place of the old stiker.

OK- below the lights it will be. Just have to get the old crap off tailgate and if it all goes horribly wrong, then it may prompt me to get the whole car re-sprayed as its already got too many scuffs scratches and peeling paint :(

Here I go dreaming again
