CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE GEAR NOB ON MY 300ZX TT UK SPEC PLEASE HELP?

 

Toger , you need to get yourself down the Gym my son. ;o).

 

Seriously it is a bit of a biatch, Basically there aint no trick to it, just good old rotational torque.

 

A good POA is too wrap a towel around it if you wanna keep it, and stick a pipe wrench on the big fella and give it all the welly that you can.

 

If you still cant get it out, then try giving it a Stout Tap with a hammer on top of the nob, as it is basically Locktighted on and this can help to break the threads. Not to vicious tho or you might break the linkage bolt to the tranny.

 

A good Pipe wrench should sort you out in the end.
