thx mate,

my car wont be ready until end of april though,

Welcome Karl,

We tend to meet once a month, usually on the last sunday of the month. The Next meet is Sunday 24th April in Puriton (J23 M5 near Bridgwater).

The majority of South West members that come along are from the Bristol and Gloucester area, with a few of us in Somerset.

We have other members further down in Devon and Cornwall, but the SW is such as large area to cover.

Look forward to meeting you and the zed sometime soon.

Cheers,

David

I know the feeling, there is so many things I want to get done to the car, but I only ever seem to get a the odd thing here and there done between each meet.

See Rides section. Mine is fairly stock at the moment in comparison to most though.

What sort of work are you having done to yours then, or is it a total secret ?

hi mate,

TOTAL SECRET like MI5 secret lol, i have really put alot of time and effort in to this car and seen as though its the first time i have really done this and i have a mental pic in my head what its gunna look like, i no it might sound laim but i wanna keep it to me until its done then we can all enjoy it, i havent increased the engine much at all, with the boost controller set at about 14 psi and my uprated chip and the rest of all that stuff i have been told i should be running between 300 - 350 hp and thats fine by me, more than enough........ i might put a post up to see how much i will be putting out with those mods, coz i dont truthly know....

DUH calling me stupid again aren't you. lol

He could have supercharged an NA..........now there's a thought....

do you think you could have a super charger and turbo????????????????? is this possible and wat do u think would have to be done to acheive this............

also i have been woundering do u thik anyone has done 2 yes 2 300zx engines in 1 300zx 1 in the front and 1 in the back, how fast would that be set up rite.

I have seen a superchager and a turbo put on to a audi 20v engine but its got more space in the engine bay.

As for 2 engines i dout it. inculding all the drive train there is just enough room for one

i was thinking of maybe one in the front and one in the boot, wud that go

Two engines would never work - there is no room to mount in the front for front wheel drive. And think of the weight.... :xxx: :nono: :slap: ::

I am really liking the sound of the V8 conversion and will be keeping an eye on any updates on that subject - lighter engine and more power (especially with the supercharger) sounds good to me.
