i know the cause .....a tree fell on my car and snapped off the drivers side mirror , left it hanging on the wires ....now after i re fitted itnot only do the electric mirrors not operate ( surprise surprise ) but the windscreen intermittent wash wipe ( the rest of the wipers is ok ) and the dashboard clock dont work ........i have seen the fuse board and the japanese english translation but cant find anything on there that points to these devices . :headvswal ..i would appreciate any advice fellas :bow:

It will be a fuse somewhere. Have you checked the mirror fuse? Is it with the fuses in the footwell or is it in the fueses under the bonnet?

if you got a multimeter check to see if your actually getting power up to the mirror (if you cant find a blown fuse)...personally i would unplug the loom connector in the door first and meter the pins for voltage...it there is juice there it maybe the printed circuit board in the mirror unit dragging down a volt line hence wipers not working..i got spare bits n bobs for mirrors including the pcb...get in touch if you need somthing
