just got some pics of the paint job iam having done this weekend after 3 months of body mods on the car the finish is in sight thurday is d-day :dance:

we tested the paint on my old wing and its came out better than i thought

 

the pic does not show the blue flip to a faint purple looks mad :shock:

i got board of black paint and as the car is built for car shows the paint work had to go for a new mad paint job.

i wanted to go for the new chrome paint but could not find anyone who will paint it for me :xxx:

 

this is a brand new paint from house of coluor blue-pink marble its only been out a few months and iam the first with it?????? i hope :smash:

 

there is other marble paints they do but this is the new black base coat marble range and i love it. the car is going to be mad when its put back on the road.

yea very nice----yea very very nice,is that the type they use cling-film and put about 6-7 coats of lauqer over the top,think i seen this once in a tuning mag

true mate but then i have lots of stuff to go on within the next 6weeks watch this space-----

The bloke i orderd it from phoned me back an hour later and said "are you sure you want 4 liters of this?Its only just come out"LOL.

2 weeks in the paintshop as from Monday.

Its different, i'll give you that.

Will be intrested to see how it blends across the whole car, one panel it looks ok, but, across the whole car?

That is soooooooooooooo cool ! And in blue too, can't get any better than that ....

 

My only concern is that in a couple of years it'll look very dated, think back to when Ford started putting those funny patterns on their seats, different at the time but look a bit kak now.
