common guys anyone?

the car is ready and this is the only bit left

I cant see how removing the electical load from Hicas would affect the Idle....its a hydraulic system anyway on phase 1 and phase 2 cars, with only the ECU signal for electrical input/output.

Have you put many miles on it since you removed the Hicas ? as presumably you disconnected battery while removing it, which would then reset ECU...and it need about 100miles for its re-learning curve (which could affect idle in the meantime).

There is always the option of adjusting idle, but thats really just masking the problem, rather than finding the cause and fixing it. Unless it had been altered previously, and now needs setting back to what it should of been.

no no miles we finished removing the hicas today and when we start the car the revs went up to 1700

the battery was disconected could that caused the problem?

dont know about the codes the car is at the garage

extra work was we unplugged coil and injectors connectors and cleaned them

If the car is at stage where you can drive it now, I would take it out for a leasurely drive, make sure its getting up to normal running temps and let the ECU start its learning curve again.

Then see what the idle is like after that.

If the car hasn't been ran then as dave says the ECU needs to re-learn, Do the revs drop after the car gets to normal running temp, as the revs will be Hi untill it does reach normal temp.

nope mate took the car for a spin but the problem is still there

Then the only thing i can suggest is try and get it on a Conzult and find out what the Base idle is running at....stumped me :(
