I've just been offered a 2Mb connection with a 5Gb limit for the same price as my current 512K unlimited one (with Pipex).

I don't download that much stuff, but does anybody know an easy reliable way I can measure my usage to see if it's worth swapping?

Hi Mac300zx,

Depending on who your current ISP is, they will probably be upping your connection to its maximum speed soon anyway.

You might also find your ISP has an online facility to show your current billing-months worth of usage. (If they don't you could always give them a call)

Hope this is of some use

Cheers

Simon.

My favourite is NetStat Live whcih is to be found at http://www.analogx.com but that is mainly because the guy is a talented programmer who doesn't use that VisualBasic type crap.
