Any help on this.

Replaced injector caps and reinstalled plenum.

Car won't start just keeps flooding + the spark starts nice and bright then fades to nothing. Also one of the coil pakes looks like it melted.

did you do any wiring on the injectors?

Vijay

Yep put new injector plugs on.

Paul C[/u]]PTU??

have you tried replacing the coil pack?

everyone is saying PTU and I know it makes sense, but I just want to cover all bases.

just wondering how the PTU could cause a melted coilpack?

If one of the PTU transistors went short cct then it may feed a constant 12V to one of the coil packs causing it to overheat?
