Well I got my car back yesterday from them and can't begin to explain the grin on my face when I saw the job they had done.

 

For anyone who is looking to get any bodywork done on their beloved Z's, make the effort and get it up to Luke/Frank, they are top blokes who know their stuff. It was a 6 hour round trip for me which meant 12 lovely hours of motorway traffic, but I have no regrets.

 

 

I basically copied Simon H's (top bloke) car and wanted the wide arch side skirts, withought having the wide arches. Luke and Frank had not done this before but looked at pictures of Simon's car and said "we'll give that a go", so in my Z went. The other problem I had was my exhaust tips are 2 x 3.5"pipes which meant the Strosek rear bumper had to be cut to fit round them as I didn't want to change the exhaust.

 

Anyway, after 5 weeks I was up in Nottingham, so popped in to see Frank and what's been happeing with my car. At this point all the kit had been fitted and looked the dogs danglies. Only another 2 weeks to wait and I should see the final product.

 

I picked it up yesterday and what a brilliant job they have done. They have been friendly and straight throughout. There was one point where I thought I was being charged a bit much to have the hole around my exhaust cut, but when I saw the job Frank has done, it was well worth the money. He has made the rear bumper look as though it was made to fit around my exhaust - top f'in job!!!!!!

 

Anyway, the main point of this post is to recomend them both to anyone who is thinking of bodywork/respray. They may not be the closest bodyshop to you or the cheapes, but without a doubt, they are well worth the money and travelling to!!!!!

 

And I have already paid him, so am writing this for nothing!!!! (Luke)
