Does any on know the sum in which you can calculate bhp per ton. Its befor bugging me for hours! !

Well if you know the specs of a car and I tell you that 1kg is 2.2lb and that there are 14lb per stone, 8st per hundredweight and 20 hundredweight per ton, then you can't go far wrong ...

Totally lost now. I don't know old weights at all. Apparantly our car weighs around 1590. I got around 330 at the wheels. I then get lost

1590kg = 1.590 tonnes

 

330/1.590 = 208 bhp per tonne

Sounds about right. In standard trim its about 181 per ton. The zed need's a diet. My mate keeps going on about his bloody westfield.

Well I made that about 211bhp per ton and as a metric tonne is pretty close to an imperial ton then it sounds about right.
