TPS 5.01v constant, replaced ECU/TPS reset error codes, TPS is functioning as revs rise/fall on operation, kick down U/S, gear change instant "neck braking"

i think your measuring at the wrong pin, it should be 0.4 - 0.5 at idle & around 4.0v full throttle

"Consult bud", I used the same test procedure on my other car which read 0.46.

 

By adj the TPS the CPS and WOT latches are triggered making me think that the problem does not lie within the TPS. As I said over 5.0v cont no matter were I move it. Although the WOT latch is triggered, the kickdown does not respond, I though that this function was envoked by the TPS being at WOT.??

just a long shot dave but is it possible that the locating peg has been turned around 180 degrees,that would point to the fact that its 5.0v at idle,not really examining the locating peg i cant be sure its possible to turn it 180 but it might be worth checking the tps ime on about ;)
