Ive baited the fuck out of Porsche drivers this week and not one of them took me on!

 

My theory is, that they are shit scared of the certain humiliation awaiting them should

they even try.

I realise that there are some decent lads on the Supra forum so why dont we close both forums and make 2 new ones.

 

1. Car enthusiasts who love their cars.

2. Arseholes who want to get on peoples tits.

I agree completely Paul, people who come on here who aren't after winding people up I've got all the time in the world for! Whatever car they drive!

 

But people who come on here just with the sole intention of winding people up are sad!

 

I got a right load of shit on the mkivsupra.net forum and when I tried to make it right they just threw it back in my face!

 

Oh so it's an insult to take the piss outta someones car is it? Well you guys are obviously the masters at it!

Look guys we all drive fast cars whether it be Porsche, Nissan, Toyota or whatever!

Twisty country lane in Kent, im demo'ing

my modded yellow Evo5 to a customer;

three cars in front is a blue Yam R1, full leathers and driving like a nutter, well, when I see a bike I see red 8-)

 

He's pulling away fast, theres 5 miles of dry, fast country lanes ahead and ive got 3 cars to pass quick, one is an M3 !

 

By the time ive passed the 3 cars the R1 is

a tiny dot in the distance, but im not giving

up yet...I have a reputation to uphold !

 

A couple of miles of fast, twisty single carriageway country lanes and im starting to reel him in, im going sideways round every band and my poor customer has gone very quiet !

 

I now see the R1 rider in the distance, his knee is either on the deck or close round every bend; always a sign of a decent rider when you can do that on the road....

 

Theres a fast left coming up, followed by a long straight, the R1 is about 20 cars lengths infront, im flat out round the bend, the evo struggling for grip, must be doing 90+ and I must have carried a good 20mph more corner speed than the R1, the Evo is catching......fast

 

and woppeeee....half way down the straight,

152mph on the speedo and we pull up along side the R1 and give him a wave !

 

JOB DONE !

 

Id love to have seen the expression on his face, he probably had know idea we were following him !

Thats why ive given up riding bikes, they

may be quick in a straight line, they may

be quick on a familiar circuit, but stick 'em

on a twisty country lane and a well driven

evo would p155 on one.....

 

 

Anyway......can we all get on now ?

 

300zx's and supra's are very similar cars;

and I guess that means the owners are pretty

similar too ! The 300zx owners ive met are

great blokes (Warren and Johny@GPS) and most

of the supra group are just fantastic.

 

Carry on slagging Porkers tho' ;-)

911's, 928's...etc...etc... - Nice Cars, I would have one....

Ferrari's - Nice Cars, I would have one....

300ZX's - Nice Cars, I have one....

 

Given the choice I would love to own all of these cars but I can only have one, I chose the Z because it's my favourite and I have always wanted one.

 

All about personal choice.

 

We all have different hairstyles (no reference to Johhny!!) and different taste's, we all wear different clothes, no everyone has the same taste, thank god. Imagine walking into a club and everyone was wearing white shirts and black trousers.....wouldn't it be very, very boring....?????

 

The same with cars, I hate my better half's Bravo 1.8HLX, she loves it. She things Z's are ugly, she hated my 200SX more but I loved them both and still wish I had kept the 200SX also as that was great fun.

 

Anyway that's my 2p worth.

 

I am not going to get drawn into the my car will beat your car thread but the track days are ment to be fun, drive to your limits and have fun, meet people, have a laugh then return home happy and in one piece........

 

I have met lots of great people on this forum and I am sure I will meet many more in my time as a Z owner, ALL nice people with plenty of time and good things to say about everbody.

 

If you haven't got something constructive or good to say to anyone, keep your mouth shut (and your fingers still )

 

I'm off as I have things to do otherwise I will wafle on all day.....and that's not a good thing....
