Engine options were the same for all year :

 

3.0 V6 24v N/A - 222bhp

3.0 V6 24v Twin Turbo - 300bhp

 

A 94 plate is hard to come by, but they are out there. There is'nt any real advantage to a 94 over a 93, 92, 91 ..etc other than the Letter on your numberplate. Most Imports tend to be low mileage anyway. I would'nt rule out earlier examples. A 93 Phase 2 has a few changes such as Velour instead of Tweed (but many retrim anyway) and different Climate control unit.

Not sure about that specific bodykit, but its a popular option so Im sure other can advise
