My Stock Boost Guage and TIM after market guage have always given very similar results. One time the connection for the TIM guage fell of and both guages didnt show any reading.
Its been fine for ages, but this morning when i floored it, by stock guage read 7 (jap spec) and my TIM guage only read 0.2bar.
I gather it must be a leak somewhere but how does the stock guage still get normal reading.
PS since fitting my Dump Valves (Bailey) my car has no Vacuum reading at idle, so i guess this need re-diong.
