Have any of you guys ever had a N/A converted to a twin turbo - or for that matter fitted with a supercharger? If so how much did you pay and have you had a ny problems?

NA to TT is totally insane as far as the price goes. Much more that just the turbos are different (Gearbox, engine parts etc), try a search on www.twinturbo.net.

Check out www.zengineering.com for superchargers. They seem to be able to supercharge just about anything.

Regal Autosport supercharge Vauxhalls (4cyl and V6) for £3500 fitted and claim an increase of 80bhp. Regal also tune Jap cars, but I don't think they offer a blower off the shelf.

SE did it this year to a convertible. The guy also went for full programmable ECU as well. Only practical way is with a TT doner car and if you've got one of those then why convert !? I guess there's an argument if you've got an NA convertible but not really otherwise. Unless you want to be different of course ...

Maybe so, but remember superchips also claim to chip anything and get 450bhp+ out of a 300TT which is not possible with just a chip and wastegate upgrade.

the NA can be supercharged, but expect to pay a LOT, because it's all custom work.

The power gain is not really that high (approx. 65bhp)

So...easiest way is to sell your NA and buy a TT.
