February 1, 200521 yr Doin a bit of work on the zed next week. Going to be fitting TT discs and calipers, porterfield pads, SS braided brake lines, DTA brake bracket, AVO springs, Smithy fuel lines, SS braided clutch hose. Anybody have any tips that might help me out? Cheers Scott
February 1, 200521 yr For the fuel lines, take out the fuse called fuel pump (far right, nearest engine) in the smaller fuse box (drivers side inner wing, near the strut top) after taking it out, turn the engine over a few times (it will relieve all the fuel pressure) and then your safe to take the exsisting fuel lines off.
