Please can anybody help me fit a pair of BOV's to my car? The goosehonk was getting so loud it was drowning out the stereo, so i got some bailey one to install, but as several will know my mechanical skills are rubbish lol..

i will be attempting mine very soon, having stripped down the front already this weekend it dsnt look too difficult to be honest. need to remove h/l panel, bumper, t-pipe with afm and filter, electric fan, unbolted th oil cooler as well so i can move it around.

Dont need to take the bumper off at all!!!!!

 

Take off the headlight pannel, remove the airbox/filter and T pice, undo the three bolts on the front oil cooler, undo two bolts holding on the fan, unplug the fan and take it out.

 

Then its just two bolts that hold on the current recircs and undo the pipes attached to them.

 

Really really easy, have a go.

true but it gives you soooo much more room and easier access, mine had to come off to be replaced anyway

hope you dont mind me butting in ;) i took a few pix when i fitted mine but my camera battery died when i got half-way through :slap: they show removal of air cleaner, rad fan and recirc. hope they help.

Try the above link mate this is SMW1's site and has the perfect guide to installing BOV's including pics so you cant go wrong. By the sounds of it I have the same mechanical skill as you (none) and i used this guide and it took me an hour to complete the job :dance:
