get some creatin powder fron your local healthfood shop.

the hurting is lactose asid that pools in the muscles after a workout. creatin stops if forming so you can work out harder and longer and you ge NO pain and NO soreness the next day.

ITS TOP STUFF AND SAFE

Go for a drink you soon wont feel a thing :duffer:

No pain, no gain. I think Nandrilone is the stuff to get too.

Seriously, good work though, keeping fit. I have done no exercise in about 3 years and it's time I started. Keep it up!

Drink an Isotonic drink (eg. Lucozade sport) and the waste processes causing the pain will be eased a bit.

like Jock said if it hurts now you'll be as stiff as a post tomorrow!!! i used to do Body Pump regularly and that was absolute agony afterwards - cool tho as you know its your body getting leaner+meaner. not been to gym for 2 years tho :(

I don't get leaner and meaner....I just get less fat!
