Hi All.

Thinking of decatting my motor & theirs some pipes on ebay ,can anyone tell me if the front pipes are the same on the swb as the 2+2 .Is the the extra 8 inches made up in the rear pipes?Cheers. :confused:

Sure if you do a search in google you'll find a site about 8 inches in rear pipes ;)

Im pretty sure the only difference is from cat back. Not 100% sure though

99% sure there the same. As scotty says its from the cat back that is the differance

might as well stick my old decats on th swb then :)

There might be some differences between the american exhausts,( of which all are SWB TT's anyway) and the jap import exhausts, not 100% sure though!

Ive just fitted these on my SWB with no probs apart from needing hands like a midget to get at the bolts.

I also found it was easier to break the heatsheilds with a pry bar as getting the old ones of is a right ballache.

Id recomend them to anyone the difference is amazing as well as a much nicer sounding exhast note. :D
