guage mounting pillar pods

Im wondering if there is anywhere that does a 2 pod pillar for the passenger side pillar but allows the guages to face the driver??

 

I know i could get a LHD spec one but the guages would be facing forwards to much so as i would be in driver seat i couldnt see them. Anyone know of anywhere?? or heard of it ?
