Ive just recieved this through from the nice peeps at Santa pod.......

 

Happy New Year, Run What Ya Brung Fans!

 

New for 2005 is the Saturday night special Run What Ya Brung on Saturday 19th February. This is a "legal cruise"- Somewhere to bring your modified cars, hang out with your club or mates, and most importantly- race (without upsetting the police or other road users). Full bar and catering facilities will also be laid on, so you can stay late and race after dark. We even have the jet car doing demo runs, and a jet truck giving rides to a few lucky people! Camping on site is provided free for weekend ticket holders!

Why dont we try and find a nice cheap B&B nearby, preferably licenced or next to a pub?

Maybe we can do a "group buy " on accomodation?

if feb 19th is a sat night special , what time does it start then ???

Feb 19th is also a daytime RWYB, racing starts at 10am as per usual and the last race will be at 9pm depending on the weather.

 

So, you'll need to be there as early as poss for book in, other than that remember that the Mids meet is at Santa pod on the next day (feb 20th) so if you cant get there early enough on the 19th, camp or B&B it and get down the strip on the 20th :D
