well i have managed to remove the mirror and the shroud but cant get the motor mount from the door frame and i cant see how it comes off ...there are 3 screws underneath the mirror mount but they just loosen the white metal insert i think how do i get the full item off and where dosit connect to ????

 

any help much appreciated

ul have to take the door card off steve, then take off the plactic cover on the inside. couple of screws in there, then you need to disconnect the electrics (trace along wire and pull out connector)
