drivers side window

can any1 tell me how to take the rubber/plastic strip off the outside of the drivers door that the window sits against? mine needs a little straightening lol cheers

    Mines got a dent in the lower strip.Pull it straight up vertically to remove.Its got a kind of double skin construction which makes it hard to repair.
