Just won a set of new Z32 A'pexi BOVs for £180 plus P&P off Ebay. They're coming from the US so I may get clobbered for duty and VAT but we shall see... Well chuffed with the deal anyways..

Has anyone who has installed these on their Zed offer any tips or is it really a piece of p!ss? Will I need special pipes/hoses for these (hopefully supplied)?

Fingers crossed...

well done mate that's a damn good price! hope you dont get stung by tax tho

i installed these myself relatively easily (after arsing it up first time round). the instructions, although in japanese, are quite straightforward and i received everything i needed to do the job in the box (except tools obv  ). the main problem i had was when my uprated oil cooler got in the way and had to be re-re-relocated.

worst job was getting the rad off without snapping anything

oh, and dont knock your PTU connector out like i did as well :slap:

Thanks Dave - have already downloaded the English instructions and hopefully will be able to do it myself! Mine's a UK car with the larger oil cooler which may apparently cause problems. Will see what happens when the kit arrives and I get round to fitting it (Summer '05?)..

Aye fingers crossed. Please dont forget the 4mil adjustment though :smash:

this 4ml Chris - is that the allen screw adjustment you're talking about? and if so is it 4ml from right in or 4ml from right out?

make sure 4mm is left sticking out of the thread :)

Be aware that you may have duty to pay on these which could up the price some what. On the up side though they are a piece of pi55 to fit. about a trillion times easier than the HKS Bovs and Chris's 4mm wind out stops it stalling.

Nice bit of kit.

Did on mine mate! :D

dammit didnt make a blind bit of difference on mine :(

id left them as they came - about 30mm out  so adjusted them down to about 8mm (i was lying on my side in my work clothes) but no change. wonder if i make it EXACTLY 4mm it will work??? :slap:
