I doubt they are Xenon bulbs. They are most probably the normal bulbs which are labled Xenon Blue or something.

I looked at those too....

They make them sound like they are the PROPER Xenon (for that I guess we are all thinking HIDS) by saying they are 4350K Xeonon charged, and the bit about 130/100 watts output with only an 85/80 watt draw!

However, if you take a look at the actual bulb, you'll see that it is a normal tungsten filamented bulb...

All in all a bit cheeky and misleading I think...

(Though I guess the biggest giveaway that all is not as it seems is the price.... £5.99 for 2 bulbs

HTH... Pud

Firstly, the bulbs shown are the US fitment for the Zed, so if that's what you get then they wont fit our cars without modding, IMO not worth the hassle.

Also, that advert    there's nothing like blowing your own trumpet!!!! The 6 points at the bottom, yeah? Isn't that what most companies do when selling a product that'll need posting? Sounds like BULL!!!! to me :D

And how come postage is £4.99 when you buy them, but if you need a new pair under warranty the postage is £7.49? meybe cos they are pi$$ed off at having to drive to the post office again, stand in line again, etc etc!! LOL

a real Xenon bulb should look like this (fitment can vary though)

From what I read Xenon lights only use about 30Watt. That is why they last so long.

kinda, xenon lamps do draw a lot less current (once running) Mercs have even started to fit them to instrument clusters now in their persuit for less currant draw  . dash bulb goes & you need a new cluster :smash:

they last so long because there is no filament to burn out as in a conventional bulb
