I'm just loading Leisure Suit Larry Uncut (4 discs) and when when I'm done with that I've got Doom3 to get through. I reckon I'll be fairly quiet for the next 363 days :hyper:

Anyone played either of these games yet?

yeah TBH doom 3 is great for the first couple of hours (your jaw will  at the gfx), but then it gets a bit repetitive, but im sure youll enjoy it anyways. me and me mate saw it through to the bitter end (with only a small amount of cheating ;) )

doom 3 yawn city

"oh look! another grey square room with broken lighting!"

"oh look! another one! but this one's slightly more rectangular!"

"oh look! another grey room, but it's almost twice as long as it is wide!"

"oh look! yet another one, but this time the broken, sparking light is in the north-west corner and not the north-east!"

sorry, but after about half-way through the game this is all you tend to get. still worth playing tho, just gets a tad repetitititititive

Try Serious Sam or Serious Sam II- both great games with in-door and outdoor stuff.
