Why should it be hitting 13psi?

What boost controller do you have? Is it set up correctly?

I put a post on the forum a while back for the settings for a greddy boost controller Profec B Spec II and i was advised to set it too 13psi. so i put the settings somone else had used to achieve this.

it's not hitting no way near this i've only had the boost controller fitted with nothing changed to actuators or anything is this correct.

You need to disconnect the connectors to the stock boost solenoids ;) Black square connectors, down either side of the engine. The passenger side one is clipped onto the turbo outlet hardpipe so best finding that one then you know what you're looking for on the drivers side ;)
