Just filled up my windscreen washer fluid as it was empty. Put a couple of litres in and thought I'd fill it up all the way. However, it took a couple more litres and I noticed it pissing out onto the garage floor. Seems to be coming out somewhere directly under the filler :(

 

Is there an overflow somewhere or could it be my headlight washer system which was disconnected when the 99 front end went on? Any ideas welcome! :cool:

Hi,

Mines is cracked & broken where the neck meets the bottle. Maybe the frost swelled it up, just a guess ?

 

Cant see it till you remove the underneath wing shield.

Just a thought !

Mmm - I couldn't really see as it was too dark. Don't think we've had any really cold nights round here and it's always kept in the garage :confused:

Mine leaks too, always has. Fills up to a certain level, then

leaks the rest out :confused:

Looks like this is it fellas! Looks like it's a common problem. Just don't over fill I guess...
