mine does this especially if i havent drove her for a few days once warm fine

also if im at the lights the revs will pick up a bit strange more than likely cold weather doesent help :(

Fuel surging!????

Go cleaning up of things.

New fuel filter, clean throttle bodies, clean connections, check for air leaks. That usualy gets rid of it.

I would say vacuum leak and maybe TPS.

Greg- if your idle is high at some lights, but not others, then check your TPS. I had the smae problem, but once I changed the TPS it was all sorted
