Poly ones, delrin ones or Ally subframe replacement bushings?? :slap:

 

Want to replace these over the next few weeks and not sure which to go for, anyone recommend which is best and where to get a set from..... ;)

not sure i would want to go with ally as you need a certain amount of give which is why you have rubber bushings pretty sure its not gonna do the car much good on UK roads , Luke at the zcentre does a poly kit which isn't too bad or you can get one from Courtesy in the US which is good value , with most of the bushes you will need or have access to a good quality press
