when i was making my short shifter and put i back together my dashboard light was gone. i must say that it drives more pure without an speed and rpm meter (everbody should try this) but i still want to fix this. its only the light that is gone all the clocks are still working so is my illumination switch on the radio.

Sounds like you earthed a wire and popped a fuse

oek that sounds fair, but i only have this car for 2 weeks. so is the fuse box under th ehood the only or is there an army of fuses hidden under the dashboard?

fuse box is in the drivers footwell, in kick panel.

 

Take a torch cus once you in there it gets dark!:D

Although none of them say Dashboard lights

yes it was a fuse, but it was the fuse of the left rearlight, so this fuse is also for dashboard, light reminder, and ashtray light.
