hey guys

 

im on the lookout for some xenon look bulbs for my audi a6, too make them look really cool and with the blue look, can anyone here recomend any that give good light as well, might get some for the zed too !!

Philips 'Blue Vision' do look quite good.

Lighting is little (or no) better than regular bulbs but they do have a blue-ish tinge.

Quite right.....

 

.....Auto Express did a test on various bulbs and their conclusion was that all blue bulbs, even the "mighty" PIAA jobbies are shite. The blue coating seriously robs the light output.

 

Osram and Phillips +30 or 50% are the absolute best bulb upgrades you can fit. They give a clear white light that actually works well, not the cosmetic "Lax Power" look.

 

For your ZX, with the opaque projector beam lenses, blue bulbs would worse than stock - so not a good idea...
