Greetings fellow 300 drivers.

I've done a pretty stupid thing, I know found out. I recently moved to Tokyo, Japan to work and had my car shipped over here. So far so good, but despite it being a UK grey imported 300, I am having huge problems re-registering the car in Japan.

I'm trying to locate the dealer, where I orginally bought the car, but they seem to have vanished from the face of the earth.

They are (were)in Greenford, London, just at the left side of Greenford Road, when you come through the round about arriving from A40.

Would anybody have any clue, who I am talking about?

Have a look at www.companieshouse.co.uk they have a few motor traders under "Parkside" but some of the ones I looked at were not in the area you were talking about.

Thank you very much for input Jez and Trey. I spoke to the Mazda garage in Greenford, who could tell me, Parkside went out of business. No wonder I couldn't find them anywhere.

As for racing Skylines...Mmmmm nice thought. These 34 GTR V-spec's are massive maschines. I love the blue Nissan colour, but a new one, will set me back 6.5M yen (42k GBP).

BUT at least I am pretty sure, I have the only Silvia Engeneering styled and tuned car in whole Japan...ha ha. Just have to figure out, how to avoid paying the 1M yen (6,500 GBP !!) to re-register the car in Japan.
