UR underdrive pulley

After installing my OS giken 2twin plate clutch my car revs much much better since it comes with a lightened flywheel so i'm thinikng of installing a UR pulley also to gain the 8-10hp stated and at the sametime do a timing belt change. When they say that with the pulley all belts are included does that mean that also the timing belts are included???

    I think your find its just the other belts it comes with as you have to take them off to change the pully
