Spot on , I would change every bush you can would not harm it to get it recoated to keep it in good nick I would also look to change the oil seals in the diff and get the oil changed

get some good quality under garments for takeoff :D, cheap ones may not hold up to the accleration

where is the best place to get the polybushes any idea of cost of parts ?

as to recoating is it a case of rub it down red oxide then paint ?

what is the best coating to use on the alloy part ?

courtesy would be your best bet for the poly bush kit , not sure i would use red oxide but a good coat of Waxoil would not go a miss
