From the Tech forum...can anyone help on how to do these?

What can I do to pep up my higher mileage Z?

These repairs can improve performance. Over the past year or so, I had been feeling that my 90TT Z Stage III had slowly been getting a little sluggish. It seemed to be running okay though, so I thought maybe it was all in my head. It was one of those things that happened so subtley and slowly that I didn't notice it. Recently I took it in for a couple of different minor problems:

Dipping idle on deceleration and when in neutral at high speeds.

My mechanic discovered my EGR Valve and both PCV Valves where in a state of COMPLETE failure.

Additionally, many of the 10 short little rubber hoses between the intake manifold and the block had pin hole leaks in them.

The Fuel Dampener was in complete failure.

We replaced the EGR, both PCV's and the Fuel Dampener (similar to the Fuel Pressure Regulator).

THE CAR IS LIKE A ROCKET NOW! I can't believe the difference. It feels faster than it has EVER felt, even when I first took it to Stage III.

I highly reccomend that everyone with a similar number of miles as me (95,000) check the EGR, PCV's and Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Dampener. The results from replacing these things are outstanding!
