As winter is almost upon us and the ZX is virtuly undriveable in snow etc I now have a winter car for my daily 50 mile round-treck through the Chilterns.

Just got a Rav-4. Good buy too - V reg, FSH, 63k miles for £5000. Luckily it's also black so it doesn't look too girly :o Still, may add a bull-bar just to make sure :D

However I'm full of remorse now as I bought the ZX to drive, not leave in the garage :( I don't know if I will be able to resist the urge to use the ZX...........

Have I done the right thing?

Richard :)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

no :nono: (IMO ;))

Number three on the back and sides, trim the top and tapered in at the neck please.

Only joking! Seriously, it sounds like a good little car. I'd do the same if I could (I will be using my £500 Yamaha XTZ660 as much as possible to save the Z from the salt though!)

how many days snow do we get? me drive the zed right through the winter and just leave it at home on the 2 days a year it snows ;)

 I got one too, fed up of getting stuck in the snow last year, so no more!!!

Sell the Rav 4 and drive the Z.
