You can replace the antenna mast. I know that Courtesy sell them and I would think that MJP and others here can get them as well.

More to the point why were you going through a car wash, those things are EVIL!!!

took my 200sx through one and took half the paintwork off the roof, wasnt worth seeking compensation as the workers manning it didnt speak english :(

Back to the sponge and bucket for me

Mine too! Used to take my s13 through them and then all the laquer came off the bonnet! You're better off going to those hand car wash places if you cant be bothered to wash it yourself.

 Would not put my car near a car wash. Are you nutts :duffer:

Tried to take my Z though once but the thing kept telling me the car was in the wrong position and stopped half way up the bonnet because the front was to low for sensors to pick it up. I have never bothered since and never will.

A car wash!!!!!!

Why - a decent hand job, sorry, wash!! :D is only a pound or so more than most automated paint-strippers now ;)

So you've no excuse :(

Richard :x:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I put my 200SX through a car wash for the last three years of my six years ownership.

It never did it any harm and the paint looked mint when I sold it.

I don't put my 300 through... it's just too scary sitting in there thinking "is the mirror going to rip off or something".
