Discs and pads are getting close for renewal on the rangey (4.6 litre v8). Was thinking of replacing with standard discs but puting some EBC pads in. Question is green or reds?? Was thinking green but it is a 2.5 tonne car, so should I think about reds??

 

Any useful ideas appreciated.

I wouldn't go for the reds. They are OK when they are warmed up but bloody terrible first thing, well mine are anyway. Going to change them for some porterfield ones soon.

 

Not sure about the green.

agree with chris, ebc red stuff are absolutly shite when cold, OK when warmed up

They do some greens known as a 6000 series specially for 4x4's. That'll be the ones to get then.
