my heater dosent work? :cry: anybody got any ideas?? no water on drivers or p/s floor so am assuming matrix is ok :confused: .. any ideas pls? :confused: :cry: am getting fed up of having to drive a freezing zed!! :( :( :(

also i guess you have tried turning it right down and back up again a few times.

 

Next id check that the pipes that go through the bulkhead are both getting hot and try and engine flush.

yourl find them at the back of the engine, middle of the plenum and they go through the firewall

it could also be the door operation. The air pushed through the system is controlled by little doors (like butterfly valves) which direct the air either to the heater or cooler depending on your choice of settings. There is a diagnostic here or I beleieve conzult does the same thing automatically :)

It could be the solenoids which open and shut the valves to let the flow of water through not working. Probably have to replace them, rather you than me!
