Cambelt Service Interval

Is their a time interval at which the Cam Belt needs to be replaced if the required distance has not been covered???

 

Mine was last done at 118,000km but that was 4 years ago. Car is now on 165,000km

    60,000 miles i think, but someone will slap me if I`m wrong....

    I think off the top of my head that Nissan reduced the mileage to 40k for a cambelt change
