Looking to rent a 300zx

Interesting question Charlie...!
In all honesty, these cars are getting more rare by the day, so the chances of anywhere in the country having a 300zx on their hire fleet are pretty slim.

Do you have any dash lights when you turn the key?
There’s a couple of relays in the fuse box by the accelerator pedal that can create problems and the inhibitor switch is behind the arch liner.

Car won't start

I've had this 300ZX fo about 20 years now it's a naturally asperated z32 soft top jap import it's been standing for some time, tryed to start it recently and nothing happens thought at first the starter motor was stuck but my son who is a mechanic has checked this and it is fine and works when he gives it power we located the starter relay and that seems fine too but there is no signal getting from the ignition to the starter motor and we can not get it to fire we are trying to find the inhibitor switch on the auto gear box now to see if that is working the battery is fine but we are getting nothing to work from the ignition what are we missing here, are common faults that prevent these cars from starting from the key any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated thankyou

Hello all a bit of a weird ask but I don’t suppose there’s anywhere near Nottingham that rents 300zxs out for the day as would awesome as I love 300zxs and would be amazing to rent one
