I used to breed them to get a bit of cash in. yes I do have a reptile house, could not keep that many in the house. the caiman takes a small room to its self 8' by 5' by 3' tropical pond plus land section 5' by 3'

seems a lot but i have been keeping them for over 25 years

sure i've missed of a lot

MAC what are you thinking of getting ?

when you go to SE give me a shout if you want a look only live 20 mins away, should post some pics up in next day as i'm feeding most of them

Sounds like a plan mate

I have always liked rattle snakes but have no idea on what would be best to keep.

avoid pygmy rattlers narley animal

easterns and westerns can get a bit large and will stand there ground

the calmist i've handled are the timber rattlers and the venom is not to strong

north pacifc are a nice size to handle

have a look at http://www.aztecreptiles.co.uk, tye does some venomoid neotropicals rattlers a good way to start no venom or so they say

copperheads are probably the best to start with as they are mild in temprement and toxidity, and are bold will always sit out rather than under a hide :D
