doing a coolant change any1 no how much I need to put back in and wat is the best mix to use ? stronger the better?

I think 50/50 coolant with distilled or de-ionised water is best. Better than 100% coolant. Dunno what volume I'm afraid. On a bike, I squeeze the thick rubber hoses as I fill the system to get rid of air locks.

Seem to remember the cooling system takes 10 litres, so a 5 litre container of anti-freeze and fill the rest up with water...job done with a 50/50 mix :)

You could just buy the ready mixed stuff from Nissan - it's not actually that expensive.

If you read the back of the anti-freeze bottle it will tell you recomended mixes.

ie 20% anti-freeze is recomended for a certain temperature but not to go below a certain temperature ie. ok for the UK cos it dosent drop below -15

50/50 mix for alaska cos it does drop way below -15

something like that anyway?

I used 50/50 because you never actually drain the compleate system.
