Had a replacement gearbox fit to my car over the weekend, which all went to plan apart from the following.

 

No reverse Lights.

ECU doesnt know what position the Gear Selector is in (Checked on Conzult)

 

Car changes gear fine, had to bypass the inhibitor to get her started.

 

Probally connected summat wrong, any ideas?

i did my auto box over the w/e as well i found all the conecters were colour coded but i dont have any drive at all!!!

you need to look at the sensors on the side of the trans...there are three there. Seems one may be out.

The connectors from the box end up down the front end of the engine bay near the power steering reservoir, there are two of them - maybe one is not connected properly

Buddy, I did a box about 6months ago. Had the same problem and found that my oil level was to low. Don't forget that if you have cleaned out the torque converter etc.....thats alot of fluid to replace.
