Having just (10:12pm) come in from 4 hours in the rain refitting the headlights as pics below, I can report that it has been 150% success.The beam is now much wider and deeper the spread is even more impressive.I now have a clearly visiable lit area starting some 2 meters in front of the car to maybe 20 metres ahead! and the left dipping cut off remains ok, so ok mister Mot man and oncoming traffic.I am well pleased, I am off for a shower and a cuppa will be back about 11:00pm Jeff TT

 

 

 

 

Oh no where is this going??? All I wanted to say was not to charge more *just* because people will pay. I never said don't charge - just don't over charge. Yes Jeff has put time and money into this but this doesn't mean he can retire for life

I know what you meant mate, and I agree, but at the end of the day the amount to charge will be down to Jeff...and let's face it! If US being 300 peeps don't think it's worth what Papa Z is gonna charge then he won't make as much money will he? LOL

As far as any costing on the light conversion it`s more labour than materials.

I will post a complete breakdown of the conversion of how to do it yourself for less than £10 a light! just as soon I am confident that the film is ok.Having said that now that I have removed ,fitted,removed and refitted again the headlights I have gotta say I am getting dam good at it, last time was 20 mins from opening bonnet to light in kitchen!
