Ok people need some advice i would like more power and would still like the reliability of a daily driver if thats possible car is stock at the moment just decatted and hks exhaust only mod fitted that i know of is a fast road autobox :rolleyes:

Sports exhaust and induction kit will increase the performance a little and should not effect the reliability.

 

Any more power and you will be looking at a new ECU chip and maybe increasing the boost to 12psi. That will be a nice increase in power without really pushing any of the engine parts.

12 psi is for girls - you want at least 15 psi!! :D

 

lightweight underdrive pulley is another option.

:ROFL: now thats a good question! I've been trying to make my mind up too, some people swear by some of the specialists and others slate them all down to personal experiences! Best bet is to phone them up and have a chat with the owner and talk through the work you want done..

 

Alternatively you could take a leap of faith and do the work yourself! everybody on here is really helpful and there are plenty on FAQs and guides on the internet showing how to do lots of the jobs you are looking at! (if you are going for boost jets and an ecu thats a doddle anyway!!)

look at the traders section these are the people that are supported by the club for good reasons ;) :D
