ive been told that mu z will perform better normal driving if i turn the overdrive off ?

is this true and i am going to need a petrol tanker if i drive around with it switched of all the time (except motorways)

overdrive will basically knock out your 4th gear so the box only changes up to 3. what you will notice is that it is more responsive during driving (especially countryside etc. where youre gassing/braking/gassing)

and yes you'll need a tanker with you cos youll be revving higher

it IS fun tho

i suppose its like keeping a manual in 3rd all the time (except for when changing down when needed, and the fact manual has an extra gear but forget that)

i use it very rarely

will definately warm your engine up a little quicker

actually overdrive is a 4th gear

so when on the motorway thats when you generally use overdrive, to get a higher gear, pottering round town it's off,

theres loads of other times when to use and not, so your better searching and decide yourself
